How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days; delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Flat shipping of $5.90 applies under $39, and shipping is FREE on orders of $39 or more.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because our products are herbal and topical in nature, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days and we'll make it right.

How do I use the products?

Are the products safe? Any allergy advice?

Our products are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, do a patch test first and review the ingredient list.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and more, securely at checkout.

How long can I wear a patch?

Coral Dragon Mugwort Knee and Lumbar Patches can be worn for up to 8 hours, and MYTANG Herbal Comfort Patches for up to 8–12 hours. Use one patch per area per day.

How should I store the products?

Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
